Clarissa performed with Portela at the Rio Carnival 2016. Before, she also rehearsed with Vila Isabel, Mangueira and Salgueiro, among others, during various stays in Rio.
She leads Samba School Baturim in Vienna, Austria and is one of the Mestras vom Bloco Coração (intl. Samba-Project). www.baturim.at
She is travelling through Europe (while she isn’t in Rio) to play with samba groups at festivals and carnavals (e.g. France/Paris- Sambatuc, Misto Quente, Aquarela, Lyon-24h de Samba, Tours – Alegria, Germany/Berlin – Sapucaiu, Hamburg – UdHH, Paderborn-Querschläger, Great Britain/London- Paraiso at Notting Hill Carnaval and with Bloco X to Hungary, Germany, Poland, Serbia ……) Rio Samba is her favourite Hobby.
